director of Pilates Certification Centre South Africa will be
teaching the course.
Nicole Sinoff is Certified in Level 1 and 2 Gyrotonic. Level 1 Gyrokinesis, and Jump / stretchboard. Nicole is a certified Gyrotonic pre-trainer
A leading South African Pilates authority, Nicole Sinoff has
taught extensively throughout South Africa and has trained many of
the studio owners/instructors in South Africa. Having worked with
some of the finest teachers including master teachers throughout the
world, Nicole has also given instructor training in Chicago and
Indiana in the United States.
Nicole was originally trained by an international master teacher.
She then completed extensive additional training and taught Pilates
Teacher Training internationally. Nicole Sinoff has recently started
her own Pilates Certification Programme. The Pilates Certification
Centre South Africa is registered with the Pilates
Method Alliance - a non-profit governing body for Pilates worldwide.
